The club hold regular Sunday club runs that normally start from The Nag’s Head, Davyhulme Circle, Davyhulme at 10.30am or from the Jolly Thresher, Agden at 11am and cover between 50 – 80 miles at a moderate pace and with a leisurely lunch stop. The runs go mainly into Cheshire, the Peak District and North Wales. For details of our next club run please follow the link to our events page.

As well as the normal club runs and weekends away, we hold throughout the year, a series of special events eg. Reliability Rides of 50 miles in 4 hours, 100 miles in 7 or 8 hours, 150 miles in 12 hours, 200 miles in 20 hours, 8000 ft in 8 hours and 25 miles off-road in 4 hours, Treasure Hunt, Freewheeling Contest, Speed Judging, Hare & Hounds and Hill Climb, all of which count towards a season long Best All Rounder Competition.

For those interested in racing, the Nova CC is affiliated to British Cycling, Cycling Time Trials, the Manchester and District Time Trials Association and the Manchester and District Ladies Cycling Association. For details of our next Nova event please follow the link to our Nova event page.
